We do not sell personal information. We do not publish identifying family or case information, and we do not ask you to include confidential case details in an initial email.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal obligations, and program administration.

You may ask what information we have about you or request that we correct or delete it, subject to legal and operational requirements.
